MEP Revit Technician

(BIM Coordination)

Location: Blackheath, London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary band: Competitive Salary

Job type: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Producing detailed, coordinated service models accurately (RIBA Stages 0 to 6).
Collaborating with the MEP team to deliver quality BIM projects to agreed deadlines.
Collaborating with our factory team (remotely with occasional factory visits required)
Advising and guiding on the planning and management of advanced Revit techniques.
Quality control of BIM models and associated drawings, schedules etc.
Assisting the BIM Manager and Leads in the development of systems and procedures to ensure effective BIM systems.
Developing sketches and concepts into drawing details with a good understanding of the engineering practices behind them.

Minimum Skills and Experiences

Experience working with Autodesk Revit software (Minimum 2-3 years)
ISO 19650 certification or equivalent is a plus
Effective and flexible communication skills and experience of working with a variety of collaborators and external consultants.
A proactive approach to your own learning and technical development
A creative mindset that challenges the normal way of working, an interest in zero carbon design and sustainable development of residential schemes.
